Founders Dr. Roman Kufa and Dr. Zdenek Pros and their expert team brought to you the best equipped and staffed clinic in Czech Republic. Architectonically sophisticated workplace offers among other things two operation rooms, intensive care unit, sufficient bed capacity and recovery rooms, latest vital monitoring technologies, appropriate working platform and permanent medical supervision.

Each operation at the Perfect Clinic Plastic Surgery Centre is preceded by an expert consultation. Each patient is given detailed information on the process of the operation, post-op and recovery routine including the potential secondary affections. Highly qualified staffs, international environment and above standard surgical acts, unique quality of postoperative care, communication skills and security are the basic principles provided.

Our doctors

M.D. Roman Kufa

Plastic surgeon and holder of the Czech Medical Chamber licence in the specialisation of plastic surgery M.D. Kufa enjoyed a long-term internship in Great Britain and has also worked as a plastic surgeon in Germany. He specialises in cosmetic surgery, hand surgery and micro-surgery. Outside of his private practice at Perfect Clinic he also works at the Plastic Surgery Clinic at Bulovka Teaching Hospital in Prague. M.D. Kufa is a member of the JEP Association in the sphere of plastic surgery, aesthetic surgery and hand surgery, a member of the Association for the Medical Use of Lasers and a member of The International Confederation for Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS) and member of The International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ISAPS). He is also an assistant professor at the 1st Faculty of Medicine at Charles’ University in Prague and an employee of the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Healthcare and M.D. Kufa work like consultant of plastic surgery for Univerzity Hospital Motol, Prague.

M.D. Roman Kufa is a regular and active participant at international congresses and seminars in the sphere of plastic surgery at which he himself lectures and also has the chance to find out about new trends and research results, which he in turn applies to his own work.

He is also one of the only plastic surgeons in the Czech Republic successfully able to perform breast reconstruction for women who have been deprived of their breasts due to oncological illness. Besides this he is a member of the team at the Centre of Comprehensive Care for Women with Breast Complaints at Bulovka Teaching Hospital.

M.D. Zdeněk Pros

Graduated at the Faculty of Medicine at Charles’ University in Prague. Surgery and plastic surgery licence holder.
He has worked at the Clinic of Plastic Surgery of the Third Medical Faculty of the Charles University for more than 8 years, where he performed tens of replantations of limbs or their parts and also a number of reconstruction operations as a micro-surgical team member. He has carried out the first successful replantation of the scalp in the Czech republic within the service microsurgery program for Bohemia.

He has dedicated the next 10 years to aesthetic plastic surgery at Private Clinic ESTHÉ in Prague where he was among the most sought-after plastic surgeons by our and foreign clientele for his work results. He has significantly participated in implementing ultrasonic liposuction into routine practise in the Czech republic.

He is the author or co-author of more than 30 publications and lectures also in the international field. He experienced internships and residencies in USA, Australia, Germany and Austria.

Membership:

Plastic surgeon and holder of the Czech Medical Chamber licence in the specialisation of plastic surgery M.D. Paděra is a member of the JEP Association in the sphere of plastic surgery and aesthetic surgery. He is also a member of the International Society for Burn Injuries.
M.D. Paděra has run a private medical practice which focuses on the issue of aesthetic surgery since 1999 and here carries out a full range of cosmetic operations, including the very latest endoscopic procedures.
He has also enjoyed professional internships in the Czech Republic and abroad. M.D. Paděra has lectured at international congresses devoted to the issue of burns medicine and plastic and cosmetic surgery and is also the co-author of a number of specialised publications.
